Update
We have verified the core infrastructure and system upgrade has been completed successfully. Final checks are being carried out by our MIS team. Actions related to our Learner Hub system remain suspended temporarily on the college website while we ensure system functionality.

Learner Hub can be accessed currently, but some features may not be available during the verification.

We'll provide further updates shortly.

Our Learner Hub has now been taken offline as part of the system upgrade and infrastructure changes. During this time you will not be able to access functions like your account and apply for a course.

Further updates will be provided as required.

Update
The scheduled maintenance note has been updated to provide additional information on migration work taking place at the same time related to our EBS Learner Hub system. This migrate work is technically not directly due to the planned upgrade work, but has been decided to be done concurrently. The maintenance window remains unchanged at this time, but further updates will be provided as required.

On the 27th April our Learner Hub (apply.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk) will be undergoing an infrastructure an software upgrade from our software provider Tribal.

During the software upgrade https://apply.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk will not be available and various functions such as logging into your student account, viewing applications and other features will not be available. In addition applying for a course through the Nottingham College website will be temporarily suspended during this maintenance period as applications will not be able be processed. You will see a temporarily unavailable message showing in places where apply actions would normally be available.

In addition, to provide more resiliency of services, several dependant systems related to our Learner Hub will be being migrated to a new data centre at the same time. This is being rolled into this scheduled maintenance to limit impact and further downtime.

The maintenance window has been set from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. We will provide any updates throughout the maintenance as required, but expect the upgrade to take up to 4 hours relative to the maintenance window set.

We recommend to avoid accessing Learner Hub during the maintenance due to various functions being unavailable.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this essential maintenance on our Learner Hub platform.
