The TLS certificate has been switched to the LetsEncrypt certificate and now deployed. We believe we managed to avoid any major disruption, it is still possible a few requests may have shown an error briefly, but the switch mostly was seamless. We are verifying to make sure before closing the maintenance.

We will be adjusting the TLS certificate for www.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk. Moving from a custom TLS certificate to using automatic deployment with LetsEncrypt. Due to the use HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security), there maybe a brief window of time when requests to www.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk will show a browser error. This is temporary and will last for a short period of time until the TLS certificate is provisioned and app restarted.
We are coordinating with our web hosting provider to make this change as seamless as possible, however due to the provisioning time through LetsEncrypt, we cannot guarantee we avoid a disruption.
